Check a session's processing history

See why a note is slow or failed, using the AI Scribe audit logs.

When someone asks why their note is taking a while or has failed, the audit logs show every step. Only admins can open them.

Open the history

  • Open AI Scribe and click Audit logs under Tools.

  • Filter by employee or use Date range: This week, This month or Custom range.

  • Click Show events on a session.

Read the events

Events run from creation through transcribing and structuring the note, with errors and automatic retries marked. New events appear as they happen. If a session has been deleted, you see Session no longer exists.
