Create treatment notes with AI

All the AI note tools work in a Long answer field of a treatment note, so start with a template that has one.

Pick a tool

Ask AI: type a few words and get a full paragraph.
Dictation: speak your own words and have them tidied into the field.
Transcription: capture the consultation word for word, by speaker.
Consultation summary: record the conversation and get the key points.

Start a note

Open the patient card and use the create button to add a treatment note, or use the booking on the calendar.
Choose a template with a long answer field.
Use a tool, then review the text.
Click Save Form, or Save as draft to finish later.
