Generate a tailored reply to a patient review, then edit and send.

AI can draft a reply that fits what a patient wrote, so you can answer reviews faster.

Reply

Open Reviews under Marketing.
Click Respond on the review.
Click Generate for a draft in your profile’s language.
Edit it. Turn on the option to notify the patient if you want them told.
Send your reply.

Each generated reply uses 2 credits.
