Format treatment note templates for AI
Add a long answer field so AI tools work in your treatment forms.
The AI tools need somewhere to put their text. That is the Long answer component, so any treatment form that has one works.
Add it to a form
Go to Setup and open Forms.
Open an existing treatment form, or create one and choose a blank template.
Check the form’s type is a treatment form.
From the components list, add Long answer and give it a question, such as Treatment summary.
Save the form.
New notes using that form now show Ask AI to write anything... in the field.
For AI Scribe
To fill individual questions from a session, link the form to a prompt template. Open AI Scribe in Setup, go to AI ready forms and use Apply to selected, or map each question under View instructions.
