What AI Scribe does
Turn a consultation into a draft note to review.
AI Scribe records a consultation, writes a transcript and turns it into a draft note. You review the draft and finalise it, and only then does anything reach the patient record.
AI can make mistakes, and accuracy depends on audio quality. Always read the note before you finalise it.
Where to find it
Open Clients in the side menu and choose AI Scribe. The Sessions page shows the day's appointments with a strip for moving between days and weeks.
What the statuses mean
Upcoming: an appointment with no session started yet.
In Progress: a session you have started but not finalised.
Completed: a finalised session.
What it costs
Generating a note uses 1 AI credit. If you see a locked page instead of your sessions, you have not been given access yet. Ask an administrator to set up AI Scribe.
