Record a consultation
Capture a visit and finalise the note.
Start from a row on the Sessions page, or click New session and choose the patient and a Prompt template in the Start AI Scribe dialog.
Capture the conversation
If your clinic requires consent, ask first and click Client gave verbal consent, or complete the written form.
Click Record. Use Pause and Resume as needed, and Stop when you finish. A recording must run for at least 10 seconds.
No live recording? Click Upload to add a file, or Type or paste instead.
Review the note
Click Generate note to build the draft from the transcript.
Edit any section directly. Regenerate lets you compare a new draft with the current note before you click Use regenerated note.
Click Finalise and answer What would you like to save?
If processing fails, the session shows AI Scribe hit a snag with Retry from the failed step.
