AI Scribe from start to finish
A full session walk-through, from choosing a visit to finalising the note.
This is the whole journey. For recording alone, see Record a consultation.
1. Start
Open AI Scribe and find the visit under Sessions. Click Start on the row, or New session if there is no appointment. Choose a Prompt template.
2. Check your settings
Language settings sets the Input language and Output language. Device settings tests your microphone.
3. Capture
Record, Upload a file, or Type or paste instead. Capture Patient consent if the clinic asks for it.
4. Review
Read the Note, the AI Summary and the Topics. Use Reassign speakers if names are swapped, and Regenerate for a new version.
5. Finalise
Click Finalise and choose what to save, such as a treatment form, a draft prescription or a problem. Check Fields to save and click Save.
