Check drug and condition names in a note
Catch misheard medicines and conditions before you finalise a note.

A misheard drug name is easy to miss in a note written from a recording. Highlights marks each drug and condition AI Scribe found and checks it against reference data.
Read the colours
In the note toolbar, click Highlights.
Green: verified, matched to the reference data.
Amber: suggested, with a closest match to consider.
Red: unverified. Read it carefully, because it may be misheard or simply not on the list.
Grey: still checking.
Fix a name
Click an amber or red condition. Choose Edit… to type the right name, or Keep as is to confirm your wording. Amber suggestions can be accepted in one click.
The button only appears when names were found.
