The Letter Agent saves you writing referrals and updates from scratch.
Draft it
From the patient card, create a letter.
Open Ask AI, or pick a starter such as Write a referral letter.
Under From a form or treatment note, choose the source, or Use the client record.
Generate, then choose Replace letter or Insert at cursor.
Read and edit the letter. Click Send & complete to email, print or post it.
Each draft uses 5 credits.
