Give someone access to the wallet

Turn on wallet access so managers can see balances and payouts.

Only people with permission see the wallet icon. Usually that is owners and managers.

Turn it on

Go to Team and open the staff member’s profile.
Open the Permissions tab.
Expand Money and turn on the wallet permission.
Save your changes.

They can now click the wallet icon at the top right, next to their avatar.
