Link payments with invoices

Attach a card payment to its invoice when it arrived without one.

A payment made online can sometimes land in the wallet with no invoice. Until it is linked, the patient’s record does not show it.

Find it

In the wallet, click Filter, tick Unlinked and apply. These are Successful, no invoice attached.

If no invoice exists, create one first. Open the booking on the calendar, click Checkout, check the items and leave it unpaid.
Back in the wallet, click Invoice… on the payment.
Choose the invoice to attach.

The payment now shows on the invoice and in the patient’s financials.
