Request a card terminal

Order one or more card readers for your clinic from Setup.

If you do not have a reader yet, you can ask for one from inside Sovica.

Send the request

Go to Setup, open Payment processing and choose the Terminals tab.
Click Request a terminal.
Say whether you use a card terminal today, which solution, and your annual turnover.
Under Choose Card Reader(s), pick the type and Quantity.
Add Your contact details.
Click Send request.

You see Request sent. We’ll be in touch about your card readers. Connect a wallet before your reader arrives so you are ready to register it.
