Check room availability online

Offer a time only when the provider and a suitable room are both free for the service.

If some treatments need a particular room, turn on the room check.

Create your rooms in Setup, then Rooms, and link them to the right services and locations.
Set each room's Appointment capacity.
In Customise page, open Date & Time, click Edit, click the label above the calendar, and switch on the room check. Then publish.

With it on, patients see a time only if a suitable room is free at that location for the whole appointment.
