Set up Reserve with Google
Let patients book from Google Search and Maps.
Reserve with Google adds a booking link to your Google Business Profile, so patients who find you on Search or Maps can book straight into your calendar.
Turn it on
Open Online Bookings and click Google Reserve.
Switch on Activate Google Reserve.
Under Your locations, tick each location that should receive bookings.
Before it can work
Your business name, address and phone number must match your Google Business Profile.
Online bookings and your patient portal must both be enabled.
The location needs eligible services.
Changes usually appear on Google within 24 to 48 hours, and can take up to 72. Selected confirms your setting here, not that Google has published your listing.
Turning it off removes your booking link once Google processes the update. Bookings from Google show as a source in Booking activity on the Overview tab.
