Let patients upload documents and photos

Collect documents and photos in the portal, and save them straight to the patient's record.

Table of Contents

Go to Setup, then Client Portal, and click Documents.
Switch on Status and Allow clients to upload documents.
Click the photos card and turn on Allow clients to upload photos.

Uploads are saved to the patient's documents and photos.
