Control appointments in the portal
Show upcoming and past visits, and decide if patients can cancel or reschedule online.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup, then Client Portal, and click Appointments.
Switch on Status.
Choose Allow cancellations and Allow reschedules.
Save.
