Introduction to the Client Portal
What patients can do in their private area, how they sign in, and where to find its settings.

The Client Portal is your patients' private area on your booking site. They can book and manage appointments, pay invoices, track packages and memberships, and see records you choose to share.
Patients sign in with their email and a six-digit code, without a password.
Settings are in Setup, then Client Portal.
The page has Essentials, Appearance and Content tabs, and shows portal activity.
