Get ready to take bookings
Clear your checklist so patients can book and pay.
Before you promote your page, make sure nothing is stopping patients from finishing a booking. If something is, a red banner reading One thing is stopping clients booking appears on the Online Bookings tabs.
Fix what is blocking bookings
Click Fix it now on the banner to go straight to the problem.
On Overview, open Make a great first impression and click View checklist.
Work through each row. The bar above shows how many items are ready.
Common items
Payment processor connected: patients cannot pay a deposit without one.
Confirmation emails on: otherwise patients hear nothing after they book.
Practitioners have a photo: patients choosing a practitioner respond better to a face.
Check it yourself
Click Preview as a client and walk through a booking the way a patient would. If you prefer a guided setup, click AI Onboarding at the top of the page.
