Turn on online booking
Publish your booking page for the first time, so patients can start booking online.

There's no separate switch. Your page goes live the first time you publish it, and patients can then book anything you've made available.
Open Online Bookings and check the status badge.
Click Customise page, then publish.
Click Preview as a client to see the page as patients do.
