Send a pre-care message when booking
Give patients their instructions as soon as they book, by linking a message to the service.

Create an SMS template with your pre-care instructions.
Go to Setup, then Services, and open the service.
On Forms, attach the template as Precare.
Save.
It's sent automatically whenever that service is booked.
