Restrict who can book a service online
Limit a service to new or existing patients, and set age, day and advance booking limits.

Go to Setup, then Services, and open the service.
Open Restrictions.
Under Patients can, choose who can book. Options include only those who've had a service before.
Set any age requirements, available days and booking window.
Save.
Your booking page checks these rules every time.
