Board privacy, members and sharing
Control who can see a board, and why a board may be missing for someone.

The three options
Main: visible to everyone in your clinic.
Private: only you and invited members.
Shareable: you and invited members, plus anyone in the clinic with the link.
Add people
Use Invite users in the board header. Share access link copies the link for a shareable board.
Cannot see a board?
It is probably private. Ask its owner to invite you. Making a shareable board private removes anyone who only had the link.
