How the GoHighLevel integration works

Sync patients with contacts in a GoHighLevel sub-account, both ways.

Contacts sync both ways. New and updated patients go to GoHighLevel almost straight away, and contact changes made there come back.

Set it up

Go to Data Hub, open Data Sync and click Add connector.
Choose GoHighLevel and click Set up.
Connect your sub-account and match your locations under Location ID in the app.
Check Sync direction and Mapping, then save.

If you do not see it yet, contact Sovica support to enable it.
