Introduction to navigating Sovica
Learn the sidebar, search and Setup.
Every screen in Sovica shares the same frame: the sidebar on the left and the search bar at the top. Once you know those two, you can reach anything.
The sidebar
Home shows Today’s schedule and My tasks. Below it sit Calendar, Team, Leads, Clients, Analytics, Stock, Marketing, Money, Activities and Inbox.
Hover an icon to see its sections, such as Reports under Analytics.
Click More for apps such as AI Scribe and Memberships.
Click Customise to choose what stays in your sidebar.
Search
Press ⌘K to search patients, leads, appointments and invoices from anywhere. Use Advanced search to look up a date of birth, phone number or invoice number.
Setup
The Setup tile at the bottom of the sidebar holds every clinic setting, from Business Details to Services. You only see the items your role allows.
