Clinic readiness brings the important parts of your setup together: security, consent, medical history and records. It does not certify compliance, so local requirements still need your own review.
Use it
Go to Setup and open Clinic readiness.
Dashboard shows Overall readiness, Overdue checks and Next inspection.
Readiness checks: use Load CQC checklist, or Add check with an Owner and Due date.
Evidence Hub: use Add evidence to link documents, with a Review by date.
Security: review Admins, accounts Without two-factor sign-in and Dormant accounts.
