Transfer your data from another system
How to bring records across from your old practice software into Sovica.
Most systems let you export your data as files, which Sovica can read. The steps are the same whichever system you are leaving.
Prepare
Export everything your current system offers: patients, appointments, invoices, notes and documents. Some systems need you to ask their support team.
Import
Open Data Hub and choose Migrate from another system.
At Which system are you moving from?, choose your system or Other / CSV or Excel.
Upload your files. Sovica works out what each one is.
Check What is each file? and map the columns.
Review and finish with Enqueue & finish.
Supported systems include Cliniko, Zenoti, Semble, Timely, Fresha, Jane, Carebit, Consentz, e-clinic and Aesthetic Nurse Software. Anything else works as CSV or Excel.
