Link patient records in an activity note
Point straight to an appointment or invoice from an activity note.

If an activity is about a specific record, link it in the note. Whoever picks up the activity can open it in one click.
Add a link
Open or create an activity for a patient. Links need a patient, so you see Choose a client to link their records. until you pick one.
In the note, click Insert.
Choose the record type, then the appointment, invoice or chart record.
Save. It shows under Linked records.
