Introduction to data importing
Bring your existing data into Sovica.
The Data Hub brings patients, leads, services and products into Sovica from a spreadsheet or your old system. Find it under Analytics, or in Setup.
Your data is checked before anything is saved, so you can fix problems first.
Import a file
Open Data Hub and answer What would you like to import?
Upload a .csv or .xlsx file.
Match each column in your file to a Sovica field.
Choose an Import mode: create new records, fill empty fields, or overwrite existing data.
Click Validate & preview to see what will import, update or be skipped.
Move from another system
Choose Sync from another system, then answer Which system are you moving from? Upload the exports it gives you, map each file, and start the import.
Check the result
The Imports tab lists each run with its created, updated and skipped rows. Formatting Issues and Duplicates show what needs tidying. Use Revert import to undo a run.
