Book an appointment from a package

Use a session the patient has already paid for, so the visit is covered at checkout.

Click a free slot and search for the patient.
In the panel, click the package under Book from package. The service fills in.
Add the other details and click Book.

The calendar shows the Prepaid Package icon, and a session is used when the visit is checked out.
