How patients join the waitlist online
What patients do when no time suits them, and how their request reaches your team.

On your booking page, the patient chooses a service and practitioner.
They click the day they want.
Under Can’t find a spot?, they click Join Waitlist.
They enter their details and preferences.
The entry appears on your waitlist as usual.
