Send a self-booking message from the waitlist

Offer a free slot to a waiting patient, so they can book it themselves online.

Table of Contents

Open the waitlist and find the patient on Waiting.
Choose Offer the free slot. Waitlist messages must be on in Client Notifications.
Check the message and send it.

The patient gets a link to book the time.
