Repeat an appointment

Book a regular series while you make the booking.

Use a repeat when a patient comes back on a regular pattern, such as a weekly course of treatment. You set it up inside the booking panel, before you book.

Set the pattern

Click a free slot and fill in the patient and service as usual.
Under DETAILS, click Repeat Appointment.
Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Set the gap in Repeat every.
Pick the last date in Repeats until.
Click Apply Settings, then Book Appointment.

Change your mind

To go back to a single visit before booking, open the same popover and click Don't repeat. Repeating visits carry the Repeat appointment icon on their cards, which you can look up in Legend.
