Manage notifications when booking

Choose which confirmations and reminders a patient gets while you book the appointment.

Click a free slot and choose the patient and service.
In the Notifications section, tick or untick Email Notify and SMS Notify for this appointment.
Check that the reminder and feedback options are what you want.
Click Book.

These choices apply only to this appointment. To change what's ticked by default, go to Change appointment settings.
