Show cancelled appointments
Bring cancelled visits back onto the calendar, so you can review them or fill the gaps.

On the calendar, open the view menu at the top right.
Tick Show cancelled.
Cancelled appointments now show on the grid. Untick it to hide them again. To reinstate one, click it and choose Reinstate.
