Let Sovica pick a free room or equipment
Book without working out which room is free, in the priority order you set for each service.

When a service uses rooms or equipment, leave its resource as Any available resource. Sovica assigns the first room and equipment that are free, following the order you assigned them to the service.
To choose a specific one, pick it from the list.
The field appears only for services with rooms or equipment assigned, or resources set to accept all services.
If a choice clashes, you see a warning before booking.
To change the priority order, edit the service's Assign tab.
