Click the hourglass tab on the right edge of the calendar. The number shows how many patients are waiting.

How it works

  • Add patients with the service, staff and dates that suit them.

  • When an appointment is cancelled, Sovica checks for matches.

  • Entries that match show Opening available.

  • Book them yourself, or send a message so they can book.
