Read the calendar legend
Learn what each colour and icon on an appointment card means, all in one reference.

Open Legend from the calendar toolbar. It groups the icons as follows.
Appointment statuses: Waiting, Arrived, Complete, Running Late and Confirmed.
Appointment payments: Raised unpaid invoice, Deposit Paid, Fully paid and Partially Paid.
Appointment info: Prepaid Package, Booked online, New client, Client Requested, Note, Repeat appointment and Issued to insurer.
Team capacity: a ring on the avatar, from low utilisation to fully booked.
