How patients view, sign and pay for a plan
What patients see when they open a plan, from the first page through to booking visits.
Table of Contents
Patients open a plan from an email, a text or the Client Portal.
An intro page greets them, if your plan has one.
They read your message, the recommended items and the prices. They can remove lines you allow.
They click Accept. If you offered partial payment, they choose how much to pay.
If you asked for a signature, they draw it or type their name.
They pay by card and, if you allowed it, book their visits.
If online payment is off, they accept and pay at the clinic. Once a plan expires, it can be read but not accepted.
In the portal, My Plans lists their plans, with progress for each treatment.
