Look up an address by postcode or ZIP
Fill in a patient's address from a postcode instead of typing every line by hand.
Address lookup saves typing and keeps town and region names consistent. It works on the new patient and new lead forms, and when you change an address on the card.
Before you search
Check Country first. It starts on your clinic's country, and the lookup follows whichever country is selected.
By country
United Kingdom: type the postcode in Post Code and click the search icon or press Enter. Choose the address from Select Address, and the street, city, county and postcode fill in.
United States: type the 5-digit ZIP code. City and state fill in on their own, and you add the street.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: type the 4-digit postcode. Town and canton fill in, and you add the street.
Other countries: type the address as usual.
