Save a treatment note as a draft
Stop part way through a note, save your work, and finish it after the patient has gone.

On the patient card, click + and choose Treatment note.
Pick a template. Your three most recent appear at the top.
Fill in what you can, then save it as a draft rather than completing it.
Drafts are listed with the patient's treatment notes, marked so they stand out. Open one to carry on, then complete it to file it.
