Change plan settings

Choose the plan types you offer, the services that book a plan, and fee breakdowns.

Plan types

Click Plan types and switch on what you offer: Treatment, Supplements, Nutrition, IV Infusion and Exercise. Existing plans of a switched-off type are kept. Changes save straight away.

Booked by

Normally a treatment counts as booked when the patient has an appointment for that service. If one appointment covers several treatments, such as surgery, click Booked by and add that service. Cancelled appointments and no-shows don't count.

Fee distribution

Show patients how a plan's total is split, using the fee schedules you set up in Setup.

Changing these settings requires access to Setup.
