Issue and redeem a gift voucher

Sell a voucher at checkout, then use it to pay for an appointment, service or product.

Issue a voucher

Open Create, then Sale, and select the patient.
Click Gift in the left rail and choose a voucher.
Take payment as usual. The voucher appears on the Gift Cards tab of the patient's card.

Redeem a voucher

At checkout, add the appointment, service or product.
Choose the gift card as the payment method.
Enter or select the voucher and confirm the amount.

Any remaining value stays on the voucher for next time.
