Take payment for a plan and book visits
Collect payment at the clinic, combine plans into one sale, and schedule the treatment.

Take payment
On the Plans page, click Open, then Take payment.
Checkout opens with the plan's items at the plan's prices.
Finish the sale. The plan is marked Paid automatically.
If the patient has a saved card, you can bill it from the same screen. If they accepted online but owe a balance, Take payment collects what's left. An expired plan needs Extend expiry first.
Combine plans
Tick several unpaid plans for one patient and click Combine plans to take a single payment.
Book and track
Book visits from the plan. Progress updates as appointments are completed. You can also put a plan on hold or cancel it.
