Require a patch test for a service
Stop a service being booked until the patient has a patch test on their record.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup, then Services, and open the service.
On General, expand Advanced settings.
Under Other Information, switch on the Patch Test requirement.
Save the service.
Staff now see a prompt to create a patch test when they book it.
