See every plan built for your patients, track conversion, and work through follow-ups.

Table of Contents

Plans lists your treatment, supplement, nutrition and IV infusion plans and exercise programmes. It starts under More until you move it to your sidebar.

Check your numbers

Conversion rate shows how many sent plans were paid, with bars for each of the last 12 months.

Work through follow-ups

Needs attention collects plans to chase, oldest first. A plan joins for one of four reasons:

  • Plan not opened: sent 3 days ago and still unopened.

  • Awaiting a decision: opened at least 2 days ago but not accepted or paid.

  • First visit to book: paid 3 days ago with no visits booked.

  • Visit overdue: the suggested date for the next visit has passed.
