Buy a credit bundle

Top up credits by hand or set up automatic top-ups.

Credits are bought in bundles, charged to the card on your subscription.

Buy credits

Go to Setup and open Subscription.
Under SMS credits, click Buy credits.
Choose a Bundle.
Confirm with Buy SMS credits.

The payment comes with a receipt, shown under Invoice Activity.

Top up automatically

Open Auto top-up on the same page. Set a Threshold that triggers a purchase and a Top-up bundle. If a charge fails, the status changes to Blocked. Fix the card, then click Reset block. The Attempts log lists each try.
