Cancel your subscription or an add-on

Cancel an add-on from Setup or request to end your plan and export data.

Cancel an add-on

  • Go to Setup, open Subscription and find it under Active Subscriptions.

  • Open Menu on the card and choose Cancel add-on.

  • Type the word shown to confirm and submit.

Cancel your whole subscription

This is done by request, so contact Sovica support and include your account details. We confirm the date your access ends, so you know how long you have.

Export your data first

Access stops when the cancellation completes. Use Bulk export in Data Hub to save what you need before then.
