Manage your subscription
See your plan, change your card and get invoices.
Your plan, add-ons, billing details and past invoices all live in Setup under Subscription. You need billing access to open this page, which owners and billing administrators usually have.
Change your plan or add-ons
The Manage Subscriptions tab lists what you pay for, with a price on each row. Open the Actions menu on a row:
Change subscription on your plan takes you to the plans page.
Cancel add-on on an add-on starts its cancellation.
Update your card and billing details
Click Manage Billing at the top of the page to see your Account name, Payment method, Currency and billing address, and to change the card on file.
Download an invoice
Open the Invoice Activity tab. Invoices are listed newest first, and each one has Preview invoice and Download Invoice.
Credits
Credits pay for text messages, AI features and other paid extras. The Buy credits dialog charges the card on file, so add a card before buying a bundle.
