Resolve an account restriction notice

What to do when a failed payment puts your access at risk.

Table of Contents

A restriction notice means a subscription payment has failed and a balance is overdue. Your account is not being closed, and your data is safe. The usual causes are an expired, replaced or empty card.

The notice

A banner shows how many days are left before access stops. If access has already stopped, you see a page with steps to pay.

Fix it

  • Replace the card. See Update your subscription card.

  • Or, if the card is fine, ask Sovica support to retry the charge.

  • Tell support once you have changed the card, so they can collect the balance.
