Set up two-step sign-in
Protect your account with an authenticator app.
Two-step sign-in asks for a 6-digit code after your password. Your clinic may require it, in which case you are asked to set it up before you can continue.
Turn it on
Go to Account Settings and open Security.
Under Authenticator app, click Set up authenticator app.
Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password or a similar app.
Enter the 6-digit code the app shows and click Turn on.
Save your recovery codes
Right after you turn it on, a list of recovery codes appears. They are not shown again, so use Copy codes and keep them somewhere safe. Each code works once, and it gets you in if you lose your phone: type it where the sign-in screen asks for your code.
Turn it off
Click Turn off in the same section and confirm with your password.
